eSign will now validate and accept QSeal signatures as per UE indications.

[Devops-31547] Added missing signing method CLICKTOSIGN to the default available signing methods. (signing.signmethods property)

Important changes

eSign now validates and accepts by default qseal certificates with the esign or eseal branches. To revert to the same behaviour before this version set the flag pdf.validation.qseal.accept to false.
